The New York Triathlon, erg. Duathlon, was quite hard this year, but I did a lot better. Preliminary results show I was 26 minutes faster this year with a time of about 2:38:17, partly aided by the course change. Due to water quality issues, the swim portion of the race was changed to a 5k. This was better for people like me that are better on the run! I'll update this post when I get the official results.
