Speedwell Forge Triathlon

Well, today I finished the big race of the season. I ended up not training all the much this year, so I was pretty happy when I still came through with personal record on the course. I don't have the splits yet, but my total time was around 2:56, which was 2 minutes faster then last time. Maybe I'll do more next year, or maybe I'll just try for longer running races.
