Insects in your food.
Here's another "Big company treats there customers like crap" story. It turns out that many companies purposefully put dried, powdered beetles in your food. For coloring. Dannon Boysenberry yogurt, Tropicana Ruby Red Grapefruit and Good & Plenty Candy to name a few. They hide these insects in ingredient items listed as "Artificial color", "carmine" and "cochineal". The last two are the new truth in labeling wording. Those would be a red flag (or red beetle) warning to you.
