Two bits of good news (good news for me, bad news for others)
[ActivePatent] ActiveBuddy is rumored to have run out of cash. Let's hope they vanish away after the troubles they caused me.
[ActiveScript] Microsoft is failing to fix SERIOUS security holes in IE. This one is bad. Real bad. I actually didn't think that XSS holes would get this bad. Malicious website operators can now Format your hard drive (or pretty much do anything else)!

Today was the New York Marathon. I basically live right on the course, so I get a front row view every year. After last years successful resolution to finish a Triathlon, I'm considering my next resolution to finish the NY Marathon. Anyone out there wanna volunteer to cheer for me? Or, better yet, anyone wanna run with me?
